About

I was raised by a commune of pacifist ninjas. By age ten I was thoroughly proficient in the use of nunchuks with foam taped on. I was then shipped to a sweatshop in China where I worked for 18 hours a day, attaching the little blaster pistol to the hand of Han Solo figurines. I was spotted by an action-figure master craftsman, who sensed a talent beyond my years, and enlisted me as lead designer in a breakthrough line of life size Bobcat Goldthwaite statues.

This was the crucial business decision that ruined the company, and I only escaped death by fleeing to Sydney, Australia, where I finally found love, in the form of a female wrestler named Maureen the Mauler. We lived a life of wedded bliss until 2003, when I finally found the courage to speak to police about the awful domestic violence visited apon me. Maureen is now serving 10 year sentence but I am scarred forever.

This experience is what, in part, led me to start this blog. I know that I can reach that rainbow, touch that star, but only if I find the strength within myself to carry on. I’m taking one day at a time. But I know together we can make a difference. This is my story.
